Jim and Kathy have helped us buy 3 houses and sell 2 houses in the Bonita area over the past 6 years. Each time they gave 150% to help us find the house we were looking for and to sell the one we were previously in. We started with a smaller house and then realized that our children and grandkids like to come and visit and we didn’t have enough room so we purchased a larger home. As the grandkids started school they weren’t able to be their as much so we decided to find a smaller house. Because we were trying to downsize we didn’t know what we wanted, Jim and Kathy were always willing to look at different communities, styles and prices of houses until we decided what we wanted. I can’t say enough about the professional side of our relationship with them. They were very knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping us look for our new house. The needs of their clients is and always will be their first priority. But I feel the most important thing about working with them is the lifelong friendship we have developed with them. We look forward to going back every winter to spend time with them. We even got them to watch a NDSU Bison football championship with us! After more than a year of talking to agents in Florida from our home in Toronto, we lucked upon Jim Murdoch. Up until this point we thought we would have no luck finding a place. Most of our efforts were wasted on agents that took our information and criteria, inviting us down to Florida to review their offerings only to find out they did not pay any attention to what we wanted in a home – a wasted trip.
